Refund policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access is provided. Any refund Ventra approves may be prorated based on the unused portion of the billing period and reduced by usage already consumed — searches, analyses, skip traces, data lookups, third-party costs, processing fees, and other platform usage.
